As part of our commitment to making football accessible, we have created a dedicated development squad
for financially challenged athletes who are determined, committed, and willing to work hard.

Selected players within this pathway receive:

• Full training support

• Opportunities for promotion and exposure

Talented and deserving players may be directly promoted to our First Squad based on their performance,
commitment, and development level.

Club Structure

Our club structure is divided into different categories and development levels to ensure proper player
progression and opportunities for advancement.

Senior Squads
• First Squad
• Squad A
• Squad A(S)
• Squad B

Each squad represents a different competitive and developmental category within the club.

First Squad

The First Squad is our highest competitive level. Players selected for the First Squad do not pay training or
match fees.

Development Squads — Squad A

Squad A serves as the direct support and development squad for the First Squad. It acts as the primary
pathway for players who are ready to transition into the First Squad structure.

Player promotion is based on:

• Performance level
• Development progress
• Tactical readiness
• Technical ability
• Commitment and professionalism

Squad B

Squad B serves as a supplementary development squad to Squad A, helping prepare players for higher
competitive levels within the club structure.

Academy & Youth Development

Our younger academy groups are currently under selection and formation. Through partnerships with
multiple academies, we conduct trials to identify and develop talented young footballers.

Selected youth players will:

• Sign a player agreement
• Purchase the official club kit
• Pay a registration fee only

Placement and fees are determined according to:

• Playing position
• Age category
• Technical level
• Development requirements
• Additional evaluation factors

Player Development Pathway
